Yellow Pages
Probably the best form of getting the word out about your church,
creating an image, and making contact with thousands of people without
spending a lot of money is the Yellow Pages. Though we were one of the
smallest churches in our area when we began we had the biggest ad
(though it was just a box ad). When people are visiting, want
information about religion or are just curious about something
spiritual, they do the same thing I do when I want some answers. They
turn to the Yellow Pages. This advertising, in our state, necessitates
that you have a business listing but the advantages certainly outweigh
any trivial extra costs. The bill comes as a part of your monthly phone
bill and you can budget it as missions outreach. If you can only do one
type of advertising, this is the one to do.
