Survey
Survey Work is a good way to get to know the make-up of your community
and create a prospect file that you can work with. Many new Christians
are very intimidated with cold calls but survey work makes it easier for
them to get their feet wet in door knocking. There are three things
that you need to begin:
1) Survey Cards with questions that will be non-threatening but hit the
mark in determining if they are a good prospect.
2) Door Hangers that are preferably multi-colored with times of
services, invitation and gospel on the back.
3) A street map of the town(s) that you plan to cover. You may choose
to cover one section of town, but have people check the map for areas
already covered so that you do not duplicate your efforts.
Survey work is a great way to get to know people and discover their
needs. It is HIS church and He said He would build it. All we have to
do is bring him the materials.
