How to treat your people - 3
Don't be so much a father, but a brother. Loving your people like a
brother means that you do not place yourself as Holy Spirit in their life.
They should respect you for what you are, not solely for who you are.
Without going into confidential details, be honest with people about
struggling with sin and faithfulness. Let them know that you are human and
that you are growing too. This will be a real encouragement to them and
given them the example they can follow.
